In response t “Tedra Cobb a Hypocrite?” which appeared in the Dec. 14-20 edition of North Country This Week: I have four words for Mr. Love: “Stop watching Fox News”. You are going to give yourself a heart attack. Your letter was filled with so much rage and name-calling, it was quite clear how upset you are. It’s not good for your health. And shame on Fox News for using their programming to anger people.
If you haven’t heard of any evidence of Russian interference in our elections or the details confirming circumstances to support impeachment, it’s because Fox News doesn’t present any of those findings. They are more interested in getting you worked up and they seem to be doing a very good job of it. They have you so upset with generalizations, innuendos and accusations that you can’t even think straight. It’s no wonder you have hostility toward so many groups of people when your only source of information promotes slander.
Please watch a news channel that seeks to inform you. Fox News will tell you that they are the “highest rated and most watched” program even though they only have 1.4M viewers. The majority of Americans are tuning in elsewhere to learn about the full scope of what’s going on in this country. According to 2019 polls, ABC has 8.5M viewers, NBC has 7.5M and CBS has 5.6M. Any of these stations would provide you with substantiated information, facts, professional experts and a broad array of viewpoints; rather than Fox News which purposely seeks to raise your blood pressure sky high. Do yourself a favor and switch channels!
