I was on a Kidney Transplant list for five years. Recently, I had a successful transplant at UV Medical Center Burlington, Vt.

Thanks as well to other transplant team members: Doctors Marios Prikis and Doctor Silviana Marineci, Nurse Selena Patterson, Autumn Cahoon, Erin Phelan. Andrew Myhre, Anthony Calderon, Rachel Preston, Stacey Crawford, Emma Forsyth, Emily Savlov and Erin Berg.Also, the ICU Nurses and entire staff at UVM Medical Center.

Thanks to Doctor Jately and nurse Candy at the Ogdensburg Agarwal Renal Center. Dr. Vineet Bansal, Potsdam. Also, the Lab Employees at Helen Snell Cheel Lab and the Potsdam Hospital Lab.
