To the Editor:
Voting time is here again and the people of Canton have a very important position to fill, “Town Supervisor”.
Karen McAuliffe is running for that position and I believe she would do a great job.
Karen is a graduate of the Canton Central school system, worked in Canton at our local college, sold real estate, served on several local boards and most importantly raised her children here.
“Needless to say Karen has a stake in Canton!”
Now Karen would like the opportunity to give back to the town that gave her so much.
Over the past few months in talking with many of our older town residents, I have heard that the town office is in a internal mess.
I believe Karen has the personality and background to work with all parties to bring stability back to our town government.
Please take the time to learn more about Karen McAuliffe.
Go to her meet the candidate event Thursday, Oct. 21 from 4-7 p.m. at the Fairfield Inn.
I think you will see that Karen can put organization back into our town governemtn.
