Kudos to Derry Loucks and congratulations for another successful year for the Hobble Gobble.
Each year it just gets bigger and better and this year over $13,000 was raised to benefit families in the area. Over 600 participants “hobbled” in West Potsdam last Saturday and everyone was loving the sunshine and the camaraderie.
It is my favorite race of the year and it’s no wonder why. Derry’s energy and positive spirit fuel the atmosphere so there are limitless smiles and reunions filled with hearty handshakes and hugs. Derry does an amazing job with his tireless dedication to this race.
He works hard to provide entertainment, prizes, food, drink, special recognitions, and the list goes on. So with that I thank you, as do hundreds of other runners and walkers that had the good fortune to participate in this year’s Hobble Gobble.
