Joella Dumers, daughter of Jennifer and Joey Dumers, Raymondville, drew a "Dancing Giraffe" in her art class at Norwood-Norfolk Elementary School.
Her art teacher, Sarah Hamilton, entered the picture in the 'Celebrating Art' contest and her artwork was selected to be published in a book.
Her drawing is pictured on the right page, top left corner, of the book she's holding.
