HERMON – A New York Army National Guard member from Hermon has been promoted to private.
Morgan Ward is assigned to the Company B (Maintenance), 427th Brigade Support Battalion in recognition of capability for additional responsibility and leadership.
Army National Guard promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability, and development potential.
