WINTHROP – On June 2, Adirondack Martial Arts in Winthrop held a black test and promotion ceremony for long-time students Kirke Perry and Pat Haggett.
Both students have been studying Combat Hapkido for over 7 years and demonstrated their skills on the mat in front of a test panel made up of Grandmaster Robert Gray, Senior Master Thomas Morrison, Master Steven Thibault (of Massena Martial Arts), Master Mike Hornung, and Black Belt Nick Hunter.
Perry and Haggett were promoted to 1st degree black belt in Combat Hapkido.
