OGDENSBURG -- Community Bank N.A. announces Matthew Honeywell has been promoted to district manager.
In addition to his current role as branch manager for the Ogdensburg Community Bank on State Street, Honeywell will now be responsible for overseeing 10 branches in the northern region.
“Matt has been a part of our Community Bank team for nearly 10 years and we are thrilled to recognize his commitment to serving our customers, staff and the community,” said Regional Retail Banking Manager Victoria Strader. “We look forward to seeing Matt continue to manage our North Country region with his expanded leadership position.”
Honeywell has been in the banking industry for 16 years and joined the Community Bank team when the bank merged with HSBC in 2012.
Before assuming his most recent role as the State Street Ogdensburg branch manager, he was the branch manager of Community Bank in Alexandria Bay.
Honeywell is involved with the community through his role as a committee member for Community Advisory Board of The United Way.
