POTSDAM -- Community Bank N.A. announces Victoria Strader has been promoted to regional retail banking manager.
In her expanded role, Strader will be responsible for the administration and operation of the bank’s 25 branches in the St. Lawrence market, managing operations, business development, loan and deposit growth, and financial services.
Throughout her 37-year tenure at Community Bank, Strader has served many roles: bank teller, customer service representative, retail services officer, branch manager of the Potsdam Community Bank locations and, most recently, district manager of the 12 full-service branches in St. Lawrence County.
Strader is actively involved in the community. She is a past member and board member of the Potsdam Rotary Club and enjoys teaching others about financial literacy through her volunteer work at the St. Lawrence County Housing Authority and at various local high schools in the community.
She also volunteers for the Annual Community Bank Northern Golf Tournament supporting the work of Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley and has volunteered her time on the panel judging entrepreneurial business plans at SUNY Potsdam.
