Clarkson University awards degrees to St. Lawrence County graduates

POTSDAM – Clarkson University awarded nearly 800 bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees to students from 31 states, 19 countries and 59 New York state counties at its spring 2022 commencement in May. (An additional 189 students received degrees this past winter and summer.)

Canton: Taylor Marie Dawley received a doctor of physical therapy, Sarah Elizabeth Gale received a master of science in physician assistant studies, Luke Alexander Gillis received a master of science in physician assistant studies, Maelea Marta Mercado received a bachelor of science with distinction in mechanical engineering, Nicholas James Bos-Ladd received a bachelor of science in political science, data science, Michael S. Perrault received a master of business administration, and John Patrick Bailey received a bachelor of science in civil engineering, mathematics minor.

Chase Mills: Samantha M O'Keefe received a bachelor of science in psychology, biology minor.

Colton: Summer Louise Scovil received a bachelor of science with great distinction in interdisciplinary social sciences, law studies minor, gender & sexuality studies minor.

Gouverneur: Dakota Janay Breglia received a bachelor of science in chemistry, materials engineering minor, and Avery Marie Hawn received a bachelor of science with distinction in software engineering.

Heuvelton: Olivia Ree Brown received a bachelor of science with great distinction in biology.

Lisbon: Alexis Kim Stoner received a bachelor of science with distinction in biology, psychology minor.

Massena: Brittany Lee Condon received a bachelor of science in civil engineering, Matthew A. Newcombe received a bachelor of science in business intelligence and data analytics, Maris Makenzie Brockway received a doctor of physical therapy, Alexandra C Allen received a bachelor of science in civil engineering, and Jennifer Lynn Hadley received a bachelor of science with distinction in engineering and management.
