POTSDAM -- Clarkson University is celebrating the life of Distinguished Professor Emeritus and Distinguished Professor of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering William R. Wilcox, who passed away on Dec. 13 in Massachusetts.
Wilcox was named distinguished professor emeritus in 2017 after 42 years of service to Clarkson University.
He was named chair of the chemical engineering department, and later organized the materials research center, which later became the Center for Advanced Materials Processing (CAMP), which he headed.
