Clarkson appoints assistant professor of physical therapy

POTSDAM -- Clarkson University has appointed an assistant professor of physical therapy.

Kwadwo O. Appiah-Kubi received his Ph.D. in neuromotor science from Temple University, his master's degree in neuromusculoskeletal physical therapy from Cardiff University and his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from University of Ghana.

He has co-published in CommonHealth Journal, Gait & Posture, Frontiers in Human Neuroscience, Disability and Rehabilitation, and International Journal of Sports Medicine, among many other publications and presentations.

Appiah-Kubi is a reviewer for Journal of Physiological Anthropology and former secretary of Ghana Journal of Physiotherapy. He is a member of the Ghana Physiotherapy Association and former assistant secretary of the Pain Association of Ghana.

He was previously an adjunct professor at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, an assistant lecturer at University of Ghana, and a practicing physical therapist.
