A Walk for Education (AWFE), sponsored by the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) chapter at Clarkson University, recently passed Clarkson’s Holcroft House en route to downtown Potsdam. NSBE holds the annual event in support of educational opportunities. The walk’s participants returned to Clarkson’s new Student Center that day to kick off the festivities of the World in Potsdam Diversity Festival, a celebration of the village’s diverse cultural heritage.
