Chris Shaw, an Adirondack song writer and storyteller, is at Lawrence Avenue this week working with fourth grade students. He is teaching about local history, sharing stories of the Adirondacks, working with students to write two songs, culminating with a concert for parents on Friday. Mr. Shaw has been visiting Lawrence Avenue since 1988. This week is one of most memorable weeks for the fourth grade students.
