Potsdam 'Nightmare' is history

The former fraternity house and mythological inspiration for Freddie Krueger at 18 Elm St. in Potsdam is no more. The building frequently referred to as the 'Nightmare on Elm Street' house was torn down Tuesday to make way for a new town hall.
