When the Potsdam Farmer's Market opened for the season May 21, one new vendor was pie-baker Emily Baxter of Potsdam. She has a New York State Inspected Kitchen and runs Creative Pies out of her home. The market is open every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Oct. 29 on Main Street behind the municipal parking lot. It will open Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning the first week of August.
