New exhibit at Potsdam's First Crush
Friday, May 6, 2011 - 5:03 pm

A new exhibit will be on display until the end of May at First Crush Bistro on Market Street, Potsdam. The Wizened Eye of photographer Judy Andrus Toporcer, Colton, has caught some unique glimpses of the places, people and events that contribute to the character of New York City. Andrus Toporcer shows you Yankee star Alex Rodriguez kneeling in prayer in the infield after his line drive struck the head of Cleveland pitcher David Huff. She snaps a photo on the subway that mirrors a 1934 painting, captures the joy of a child's discovery at The Met, and sneaks a shot of the city skyline sculpted on a young man's head.
