NCNow Survey: Majority opposes 'red flag' law

New York’s ‘red flag’ law has been in effect about one month after it was passed by the state legislature and signed by Gov. Cuomo earlier this year. The law allows law enforcement officers, family members and school officials to seek a court order to have someone’s guns seized for up to a year. A majority, 53% opposed the law.
