At their playoff games on recently, the Massena Women’s Softball League presented Canton-Potsdam Hospital with more than $3,700. Funds are designated to support needs of women undergoing breast cancer treatment. The money was raised through the Second Annual Women’s Breast Cancer Softball Tournament, and will help pay for a wide range of expenses including travel, wigs, lymphadema garments, and other necessities that some patients cannot afford on their own.
