The New York State Bass Federation held its second points bass tournament on the St. Lawrence River in Clayton July 18. About 99 boats participated in the event, and Christopher J. Flint, Potsdam, finished in 5th place, with the largest smallmouth at 4.73 pounds and a total weight of 16.69 pounds. Flint is a local Bass Club Member of the Northern New York Bassmasters.
