A joint team of Clarkson University and Uruguayan students placed third in a recent competition sponsored by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The team developed a plan for a safe and relatively cost-effective way to launch a manned mission to Mars, including establishing settlements both on Mars and in space. To read more, click here.
