The Northern New York Community Foundation Youth Philanthropy Council recently presented an $850 grant to the St. Lawrence County Arts Council, Potsdam, in support of programming for individuals with special needs. The Foundation's Youth Philanthropy Council makes $7,500 grants annually in Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence counties.
