As St. Lawrence County roadways were slick and covered with ice this morning, Maya Atchan came across this albino deer as she was driving 15 miles per hour back home from Canton to Potsdam. “Unexpectedly, I saw this albino or white deer looking at me. Super fast, I grabbed my camera and snapped this picture,” she said.
