Thousands came out for the 59th annual Ogdensburg Seaway Festival parade Saturday. Several high school bands marched in the parade, along with a number of local adult musicians. Also featured were dance groups, parade floats, fire engines, politicians and clowns, some walking on stilts. In addition to candy and toys, many parade participants passed out popsicles and drinks to help combat the heat. Above, the Gouverneur Central School band performs to the delight of the crowd.
