Lightning and thunder rumbled through St. Lawrence County early this morning, and Bob Rusaw lost a tree when the storm hit his front yard about 5:45 a.m. in the town of Norfolk. "These pines are over 75 years old and one just got tired and gave up," he reported. "Thank God for Massena Electric Department. They arrived on scene in about 15 minutes and gave us back power."
