Thursday, July 5, 2012 - 6:21 am

Supporters of “Justice for Garrett,” a fund created to pay a reward for information leading to the conviction of the murder of Garrett Phillips, 12, of Potsdam, last October, were among the dozens of entries in Norwood’s July 4 parade Wednesday. More than 60 floats, fire trucks, rescue squad vehicles, bagpipers, antique cars, ATVs and the Norwood Brass Firemen entertained the crowds watching the parade.
