Don Ashley took this photo around the Winthrop area but he is not sure exactly what it is. "I have never seen a white crane before," he reports. "There were two together the morning I snapped this picture. Can you help me identify this bird?" UPDATE: Thanks to our helpful viewers, several e-mails have been sent in and the consensus is the bird is an egret.
