Metalworking at Seaway Tech
Thursday, November 11, 2010 - 6:20 am

The Metalworking Program at the Seaway Career and Technical Education Center provides opportunities for high school students to learn the working properties of steel, cast iron, aluminum and brass. These skills allow students to both create and repair a wide variety of metal projects. There is also an opportunity to earn a SMAW-shielded Metal Arc Welding Certificate, Flux Cored Arc Welding Certificate and NYS Department of Transportation Bridge Test Certification throughout the course.
