During this past holiday season, students of Dianne Morrison at Norwood - Norfolk Central School, were busy making holiday cards for service members, veterans, and their families. The American Red Cross and Pitney Bowes joined together for the Holiday Mail for Heroes campaign to collect and distribute the holiday cards to military bases around the world, Walter Reed Army hospital, military hospitals, veterans clinics, veterans and their families.  The students were very excited to give back this holiday season by sending a card to thank those who have given a great deal to their country.  In the picture (left to right), are Brandin Cousineau and Coby Munson, students of Dianne Morrison’s class at Norwood – Norfolk Central School.  The American Red Cross of Northern New York would like to say thank you to all those that had participated in the Holiday Mail for Heroes campaign.
