The Tanglewood Marionettes will perform “The Fairy Circus,” a showcase for early 20th-century-style trick puppetry at 7 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 8 as the first of a three-part Norwood Family Sunset Series on the village green or rain site of the Norwood Municipal Building. The puppets will dance, play instruments, juggle, contort, transform, and fly through the air with the greatest of ease, all to the best-loved music of favorite composers. A family art workshop will be held before the show, beginning at 6 p.m. The event is free; donations are welcome.
