The Seaway Career Tech Junior Cosmetology Class students give facials as part of their instruction. Cosmetology is a two-year 1,000 hour state licensing program for junior and senior high school students attending the Norwood BOCES program at Seaway Tech. Students in the program receive practical experience in the skills and theory necessary for employment as a full service cosmetologist.
