Assemblyman Ken Blankenbush recently toured the Tri-Town Meat Packing Plant in Brasher Falls, where he spoke with owner Tom Liberty about government regulations that burden the business and industry, including state environmental and labor regulations, in addition to federal meat inspection standards and procedures. The Assemblyman also learned about the butchering and meat packing process—from farm to table.
