"The Road to Parishville," an oil painting by Bill Parmer, Winthrop, is one of the three paintings that earned him the Massena Artists Association's "Artist of the Year" award for 2010-11. His paintings, as well as work by 35 other MAA members, can be viewed at MAA's 26th Annual Membership Art Exhibit. It will be on display at the Massena Public Library through Friday, Oct. 29.
