Family Court Judge candidate Cecily LaVigne Morris of Massena spent Saturday with family and meeting new and old friends on Ford Street in Ogdensburg watching the 51st annual Seaway Festival Parade. The parade featured dozens of floats, bands, politicians and organizations and drew thousands of spectators.
