Theo Phelps, age 3, went fishing recently with his grandparents Jason and Tammy Phelps of Massena. This was his first fish ever. He placed second in the weight competition at the 24th annual Ted Kot Kids Fishing Day. ‘He was very excited,’ said Jason Phelps. ‘We had a good time seeing him happy.’
