Gouverneur Hospital Environmental Services Director Donna Wilson attended the unveiling ceremony for the Light Up Our Village plaque on behalf of Gouverneur Hospital. The Hospital was one of the event’s Golden Sponsors. The unveiling was held Friday, Dec. 3 in the Village Park.
