Gouverneur Cub Scout Pack #2035 hosted a multi-district event that drew over 100 people and included sled races, tug-of-war, games and other events. The Jan. 19 event took place at Gouverneur BPO Elks Lodge. Those who attended endured temperatures that never reached above zero, according to Cubmaster Chris Gates.
