The St. Lawrence and Jefferson County Rotary Clubs will sponsor children’s camps held at St. Lawrence NYSARC’s Dodge Pond this summer. The Jefferson County Rotary Camp will be held on August 2-7. The St. Lawrence County Rotary Camp will be August 9-14. Located in the foothills of the Adirondacks, Dodge Pond offers people with disabilities a chance to camp in an environment that is safe and relaxing. Dodge Pond has every amenity expected at a traditional camp, but has made accommodations so that it is fully accessible for wheelchairs. Over the past several years, donations of supplies, time, and expertise from the Rotary Clubs have lead to many unique additions.
