Gouverneur Police Officer Alexander Daggett helped return this calf after it was found on Clinton Street on Independence Day. “You never know what is going to happen in the Village of Gouverneur day by day. Unfortunately like some believed this is not our drug-sniffing cow but was a calf found walking around on Clinton Street lost.
