Gouverneur firefighters responded to the scene of a roll over accident on U.S. Hwy. 11 at 4:41 a.m. this morning. Firefighters say the driver was out of the car on arrival.  The vehicle was turned over again so that it was right-side up and ready to be hauled away by a wrecker before this photo was taken. Gouverneur Volunteer Rescue Squad transported the driver to Gouverneur Hospital, firefighters said. St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies also responded to the scene, according to firefighers.
