Ameillia Lacks, 7, of Fowler spent Sunday in Lake Placid dog sledding around Mirror Lake. 'The weather was perfect for the rides as temperatures were around 47 degrees, almost to warm for the sled dogs according to the sled handlers,' wrote Joe Lacks, who submitted the photo. Ameillia is 7 years old and goes to school at Gouverneur's East Side School.
