Kylee Todd, an eight-year old from Fine, recently donated 10 inches of her hair for the second time and says she has plans to donate her hair her entire life. This photo shows her prior to her most recent hair cut. "I donate because people that have cancer need my help and it doesn't matter if I lose my hair, they need it more," she said.
