This is 30 pound salmon was caught by Kim Stiles on Lake Ontario out of Henderson Harbor.

Stiles said the fish weighed almost a third of her body weight and took her 25 minutes to pull in with 5'-6' swells. She said she could hardly move her arms the next day.

Stiles is a Northern New Yorker who has lived in Florida most of her adult life.

She says she is used to fishing for dolphin and tuna.

She said she has caught bass, northern pike and lake trout in New York  and had know idea fish can get that big up here.
