This was monster musky was caught at Robert Moses State Park in Massena by excited eight year-old Gavin Lafferty recently. The fish was 48 inches long and weighed in at 35.3 lbs. He and his family were on vacation in Northern New York visiting his grandmother who lives on the North Racquette River.  Gavin's parents are Chris an Stacy Lafferty of Johnstown PA.  Stacey added they usually visit St. Lawrence County at least once a year and that this was by far the biggest fish Gavin has ever caught.
