The sounds of dozens of snowmobiles filled the air as the St. Lawrence County Snowmobile Association held their 40th anniversary extravaganza Saturday at Seveys Point.

In addition to food, music, games, sleigh rides and sled demos for young riders, St. Lawrence County Trails Coordinator Deb Christy was honored for her years of work with snowmobile clubs and establishment and maintenance of trails.

The club also donated $1,000 to the Wounded Warriors Project.
