Over 100 runners and walkers braved the cold and slippery roads for a 4-mile route in Canton Saturday morning, Jan. 14. It was the second of four Frozen Foote races starting at Augsbury Center, St. Lawrence University. The winter race series is held the second Saturday in each month from December – March. Organizer John Casserly said the road conditions were slippery, but at least there was not a wind with the temperature in the teens. NCNow photo
