Prevention Council work with Hermon-DeKalb students

Under contract with several St. Lawrence County school districts, the Seaway Valley Prevention Council of Ogdensburg provides universal elementary grade level prevention education services. Among them are students at Hermon-DeKalb Central School, shown here displaying an anti-bullying tie-dye quilt that they created, according to Keri Barrett, prevention educator.
