Good shepherd window in Madrid in need of restoration
Monday, March 28, 2011 - 6:30 am
The Good Shepherd window at the United Church of Madrid stands almost 2 stories high, at 17 feet by 10 feet and is the largest stained glass window at the church. Over the years, the window has begun to show its age with cracked panes and sagging support. The congregation is accepting donations toward the window’s restoration cost of $35,000.
