Sixth and seventh graders from the the Unitarian Universalist Church of Canton made bat boxes to provide homes for insect-eating bats. Students in the "Toolbox of Faith" religious education class and their families recently installed the bat boxes at Indian Creek Nature Center in Canton and at the Cecile Garden in Potsdam (pictured here).
