POTSDAM -- Aired on WCKN cable channel 30 on Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 7 and 8 at 7 p.m., Peak Moment TV host Janaia Donaldson is joined by author Vicki Robin, who published Your Money or Your Life 20 years ago.

Following its nine steps has transformed many lives since its publication.

Given the challenging economic times, people might want to examine their assumptions about money, decide what is "enough," get out of debt, and free up life energy to invest in what matters most to them.

Robin discusses applying these same tools to relationships with our time, opportunities for creativity and exchange, building community, and her ten-mile food diet.

Now in its third year, the Peak Moment TV programs air every week at 7 pm on Monday and Tuesday on WCKN, Time Warner Channel 30. Peak Moment explores locally reliant living for challenging times. The programs are underwritten locally by The Center for Excellence in Communication at Clarkson University and the Seymour Family of Potsdam.

The November Peak Moment TV shows include Nov. 14 & 15: The Vegetarian Myth; Nov. 21 & 22: Managing the 21st Century’s Sustainability Crises; and Nov. 28 & 29: How the West Has Won.

WCKN will continue to air PEAK Moment TV. The topics covered will include local food production, renewable energy, transportation alternatives, sustainable building, preparedness and psychological, business, and governmental responses. All the programs are available at www.wordpress.peakmoment.tv/conversations/ in video and audio formats.

In addition, more than 80 Peak Moment TV shows are available on DVDs from the collection of shows purchased for broadcast locally. They can be borrowed from the Potsdam Public Library.
